El líder cívico señaló que a partir del pedido de anulación de las elecciones generales del 20 de octubre, en la solicitud de comicios nuevos también se incluye a nuevos líderes: "políticos que no han sido capaz de unirse y que nos han arrastrado a esto, no solo el señor (Carlos) Mesa, sino también de (Oscar) Ortiz y Chi (Hyun Chung), un aparecido de la noche a la mañana que han fracturado el voto boliviano".
